    I would have thought Texas was the state least likely to hamper data center construction. Quite a bad sign for the bubble dwellers. All those Blackwells sitting in warehouses will sit even longer. Looks like its a pretty cosmopolitan area of Texas, though.

      The article makes out it’s an open legal question if the county can do this and the current state attorney general is saying the county government do not have legal right to do this so this could be settled in court if the developers want it bad enough.
